The repair process Repairing your defective, damaged and/or broken Cellphone has never been easier. So we ask that you understand that we need a minimum of 24 hours to access and another minimum of 24 hours to repair and the a minimum of 6 hours to test the completed repair. If any parts are required to complete the repair of your phone, you will be contacted by email and given detail instructions on yhe cost and asked to give us confirmation go ahead. If no parts are necessary to repair the phone, than it will be repaired and you will be notified to collect it. If the damaged to your phone is not economically feasable to repair or your phone is deemed un-repairable, you will have two options: You can come and collect your phone at no charge, Or you can recycle your phone and in place of your damaged phone usually receive a minimum of 20% coupon to use on our web site to purchase a replacement cellphone or anything else you may like such as accessories or even other repair services. |
