The particles and minerals in the liquid start to eat away and short out the components of the cell phone and this results in all kinds of problems and symptoms with the cell phone. As soon as you get any liquid on your cellular phone, immediately remove the battery and bring the cell phone to us for cleaning. Please, please resist the urge to put the battery back in or to plug the cell phone into the charger to see if it still works. The sooner you get your cellular phone to us the better chance of us being able to fix your cell phone and saving the precious data such as phone book, pictures, videos etc... that is stored in the cell phone. Do NOT under any circumstances put the battery back in the cell phone or plug it into the charger. Most times after a cellular phone has been exposed to liquid or water it will still continue to work for a short time. But by inserting the battery in the cell phone and powering it on you run the risk of burning out the many small circuit boards and components inside the cell phone and permanently damaging it. Due to the nature of liquid damage it is impossible to predict how long the phone will continue to work and therefore we only give 60 day warranty offered on liquid damaged phones. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q.) Can you fix my liquid damaged cell phone so that I don't have to purchase another phone before my contract ends? A.) YES Q.) I have very important information that I need from my damaged cell phone. Can you extract this information out of my water damaged cell phone and into my new cell phone. A.) Yes there is a good Chance that we can clean the water damage and get the cell phone functioning to at least be able to get your phone book contacts out of it. Q.) Can you extract Pictures and Videos from my damaged cell phone? A.) Yes there is a good Chance that we can clean the water damage and get the cell phone functioning to at least be able to get your pictures and videos out of it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Repairing your defective, damaged, broken cell phone has never been easier. We understand how frustrating it is to be without your cellular phone for a day or two, let alone 4 to 6 weeks which is normally how long it will take most cell phone manufacturers to even take a look at your cell phone, if it meets their strict warranty guidelines. All cell phone manufacturers consider and signs of liquid or water damage no matter how minor ''ABUSE'' and will immediately send the cell phone back to you unrepaired and void the warranty. We will be sure to look at your phone at no charge. We do however ask for a minimum of 1 full working day to look at the damage for an assement, then a minimum of 1 full day to make sure we are accurate in our finding. We are normally able to have your phone repaired and ready for pick up within 3 working days. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What happens after you receive my cell phone We will keep you updated throughout the repair process. Once your cell phone has been received and checked in you will receive an email and text message status update letting you know that your cell phone has been received and will then be forwarded to a qualified factory trained technician for a full diagnostic. Then you will get updates on the progress. Once your cell phone has been diagnosed and is repairable without the need to replace any parts, we will repair the phone and contact you to collect it. Otherwise if any parts are required to complete the repair of your phone, you will be contacted for approval (usually by email) and also by phone. If your cell phone is damaged beyond economical repair or is deemed un-repairable, you will have two options: You can collect your cell phone at no charge Or you can choose to recycle your cell phone and in place of your damaged phone usually receive a minimum 20% coupon to use on a purchase of accessories or to purchase a replacement cell phone or anything else, even another repair service. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN We will usually contact you by email so please be sure to provide us with an email address that you will be checking often.
